3. Bookings and Payments
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and full payment is received.
 - Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.
 - Full Payment: Full payment is typically due a specified number of days before departure or service commencement, as communicated during the booking process. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
 - Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking.
 
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service, tour operator, airline, or accommodation provider. Detailed cancellation terms pertinent to your booking will be provided to you. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within a certain period before departure may incur significant charges or forfeiture of the full payment. It is highly recommended to consider purchasing travel insurance.
5. Travel Insurance
Cadence Canada strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, and money. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for your travel needs.
6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements for your entire journey. Cadence Canada can provide general advice, but we are not responsible for determining your eligibility to travel or for any expenses, delays, or issues arising from your failure to meet these requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cadence Canada acts solely as an agent for various airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Cadence Canada shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of, or use of our site or services.
8. User Conduct
